Truck Loader - Brookhaven, MS  **CLASS A CDL REQUIRED**

Continental Carbonic is looking for a Truck Loader for our manufacturing plant in Brookhaven, MS.  Our Truck Loaders are be responsible for providing support to achieve optimal levels of productivity, quality, and safety.  This position typically runs Sunday-Thursday: 7AM-3:30PM, including scheduled holidays. Starting Wage: $16-$20/hour depending on experience.

• Class A CDL required
• Complete understanding of DOT laws
• Capable of sketching a layout of ice boxes in trailers, in order to balance the loads in the trailer
• Knowledge and capability of entering ice production information into computer system
• Qualified to operator forklifts and pallet jacks
• Must have understanding and capability of loading trailers with dry ice and adjusting rear tandem wheels as necessary
• Self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Able to work in a fast paced production environment, where many trucks must be loaded during the course of a shift
• Any other duties that can ensure successful company operation.

To perform this job, individuals must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements include demonstrated knowledge, skill and/or ability in completion of each essential duty as listed. Minimum of 2 years' experience driving tractor trailers, or 1 year experience with certification from accredited driving instruction, and have a valid Class A license.
